If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your handmade paper quilled artwork, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship, but if you find any defects or damages to your artwork upon arrival, we will gladly facilitate a return or exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.
